The Basics Workshop is our on-ramp and it consists of two 90-minutes sessions to discuss the building blocks of functional movement. This series is required for all athletes prior to beginning classes regardless of experience. This workshop is available in a private format on request.
Skill sessions are a great opportunity to get some extra 1-on-1 coaching in specific areas where you know you need work but either don’t come up often enough in class or you’d like some more specific and personalized instruction. Below are some general categories to give you an idea of some of the things you might chose to work with a coach on but if you think of something not on the list please don’t hesitate to ask about it,

The textbook definition of CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at its finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in their field and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
High-intensity and high-energy, Ignition is a workout that utilizes functional body weight movements with light to moderate loads. This program includes CrossFit’s strength-building movements but omits the most complex gymnastics and weightlifting exercises. Expect to work hard and see amazing results. This class is intended as a bridge to our CrossFit classes and once an athlete has become proficient at the movements taught in this class they will move on to CrossFit classes.
Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your goals and current fitness level. This is a specialty class taught 1-2 times per month. Set aside ninety minutes for a technique based session on the snatch or clean & jerk followed by a WOD. Our coaches’ passion for the sport makes it amazing to learn!
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific or make up a workout you missed during the week. Included in your membership is a free Open Gym session from 8:30 am-10:30 on Saturday.
A strictly open gym membership is available. Open gym athletes must meet certain criteria around proper movement and balance in fitness measurements. Please contact us for more information.
