WOD Tracking

We encourage all of our members to log their workouts in whatever way is most convenient for them. We believe that Beyond the WhiteBoard offers an extremely convenient and beneficial method of logging and tracking your workouts. It makes it very easy for our athletes to enter their results as well as conveniently providing past results for workouts that are programmed again so you can try to beat your previous performance or easily calculate 80% of your 1RM back squat.

Signing up for BTWB will also allow you to see the WOD’s before you arrive at the gym. WOD’s are released early in the morning on the day of the workout.

When you purchase a membership at Redox CrossFit we’ll either sign you up for BTWB on the spot if there is time, or send you an invitation to join BTWB. Either of these methods will be completely free so please don’t try to sign up on your own as BTWB will charge you.

btwb-iconBTWB is not just limited to the workouts you do at Redox CrossFit. If you travel and do a WOD at another box, or if you do a home WOD, you can easily enter the workout in BTWB by choosing “Log / Workout” and entering the data. This will allow you to track 100% of your fitness activity, not just what you do at the Box.
