    Erin discovered CrossFit at 29 years old, after watching news coverage of a natural disaster and realizing that she wasn’t physically strong to protect her family in a similar situation. She started doing CrossFit workouts at 5 am in the corner of a Planet Fitness, watching YouTube videos to learn technique and using a Smith machine for back squats. She talked her way into her first coaching job just a few weeks after passing her Level 1 Certification, and has been in love with coaching athletes ever since.

    Over the past six years Erin has racked up over two thousand coaching hours, and is passionate about teaching people how to move safely and powerfully inside the gym so that they can move with strength and confidence outside of it. She especially enjoys working with athletes who are new to weight training, recovering from injury, or actively pursuing significant lifestyle changes. Erin specializes in movement analysis, mobility, and rehabilitative program design. Apart from coaching CrossFit, the other loves of her life include pasta, cheese, coconut Americanos with excessive amounts of cream, and her incredible husband Heath.
