ONE-ON-ONE

Prior to starting classes everyone new to Redox CrossFit sits down with one of our coaches for a 30 minute consultation. This allows us to know each other better, discuss your goals, and develop a plan to address your goals.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Basics Workshop” tab_id=”1475590733-2-5″][vc_column_text]

BASIC WORKSHOP

Our on-ramp consists of two 90-minutes sessions to discuss the building blocks of functional movement. This series is required for all athletes prior to beginning classes regardless of experience. This workshop is available in a one-on-one format on request.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Ignition” tab_id=”1475634531773-2-5″][vc_column_text]

IGNITION

High-intensity and high-energy, Ignition is a workout that utilizes functional body weight movements with light to moderate loads. This program includes CrossFit’s strength-building movements but omits the most complex gymnastics and weightlifting exercises. What the movements in Ignition lack in complexity it makes up for by allowing greater intensity and effort. Expect to work hard and see amazing results. This class is intended as a bridge to our CrossFit classes and once an athlete has become proficient at the movements taught in this class they will move on to CrossFit classes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Inferno” tab_id=”1475634594215-3-6″][vc_column_text]

INFERNO

Want to get a workout like never before? Be ready for the challenge of something different every day! These are traditional CrossFit classes that include a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day (or “WOD”), and mobility work. The workouts can always be scaled so that new athletes can workout alongside veteran athletes. On some days, the WOD will be a 10-20 minute metabolic conditioning workout that combines several movements or exercises that are grouped into sets and either completed for time or in as many rounds a possible (“AMRAP”). On other days, the class will focus on a strength piece (like a 1 rep max deadlift) followed by a shorter metabolic conditioning “finisher” workout. We encourage all CrossFit athletes to record their workout times/scores and track their progress on our Beyond the Whiteboard page.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Olympic Weightlifting” tab_id=”1475634663107-4-4″][vc_column_text]

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

This is a specialty class taught 1-2 times per month. Set aside ninety minutes for a technique based session on the snatch or clean & jerk followed by a WOD. PRIVATE COACHING

Group classes aren’t for everyone. SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRAMMING

We are happy to help our athletes with specific weaknesses or goals (e.g. getting your first pullup, specific mobility issues, muscle-ups, etc.) through individualized supplemental programming.
