CrossFit Redox welcomes you to join us for a free one-on-one meeting with one of our coaches. This will give you the chance to discuss your goals, our services, tour our facility, and to get acquainted with our coaches and our members.

To get started at CrossFit Redox follow the three steps below. This process helps us ensure that those who need the most individualized attention go into our smaller extended on-ramp classes (Ignition) and that athletes in our traditional CrossFit Classes (Inferno) already have a grasp on the basics so our coaches can focus on refining movement.

No Sweat Intro

Schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of our coaches. This helps us get to know you and your needs and ensure we will be a good fit. This meeting is completely free. Your one-on-one can be scheduled online using MINDBODY (red link above) or by calling the gym (907.202.5658).

Membership

Choose a membership option. We offer several different membership types based on how often you plan to attend class and length of contract.

Enroll

Enroll in our Basics Workshop (link will only work once you’ve purchased a membership). The Basics Workshop is a 2-day, roughly 90-minute, intro to CrossFit in which we educate our members on proper movement and teach them a little bit about our culture. This also offers our new members an opportunity to ask questions and learn in a smaller, less time-constrained setting than our normal classes.

The 2-day Basics Workshop is included in your membership which can be purchased in MINDBODY any time prior to your Basics Workshop, or we can assist you during your One-on-One. If the schedule for the basics workshop doesn’t work with your schedule or you prefer to do it one-on-one we are willing to accommodate this for an additional fee.
